Darleen Roddenberry-Bacha (4 April 1948 – 29 October 1995; age 47) portrayed a dirty-faced girl in a flowered dress in the Star Trek: The Original Series episode "Miri". She received no credit for her appearance and was brought into the episode by her father, Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry.
Roddenberry and her sister Dawn Roddenberry are from her father's first marriage to Eileen Anita Rexroat. She has a half-brother, Eugene "Rod" Roddenberry, Jr. from her father's second marriage to Majel Barrett. [1]
She passed away on October 29 1995, at the age of 47, due to head injuries from a car accident. She had survived by her husband and two children. [2]
