Danny Kaye (1913-1987) was an American actor on Earth during the mid-20th century.

One of Kaye's most famous films was the 1956 comedy The Court Jester. Dr. Phlox watched a scene from the film during transport across a large region of subspace anomalies. (ENT: "Doctor's Orders")
