Revision as of 11:57, 20 May 2007
Template:Realworld DC Comics released at five versions of a stardate chart, describing where their various comic books in their Next Generation comic book series, both the first and second volumes, and the various novels published by Pocket Books in their Next Generation series.
- This is the final version of the timeline, taken from the issue #69, "Dreams Die". The only changes made to the list below are to break it up by stardate, correct names to suit the proper titles, and remove the TV episode production numbers.
In the second release, the stardates for the first volume were revised so as to fit them properly into the timeline, and to account for problems including showing William Riker without a beard (as he was during the first season), Tasha Yar, and Beverly Crusher. As Robert Greenberger wrote:
- With the third season behind us, the time has come to review our stardate chart and present an update to the masses. We made some corrections noticed by the fans and did some arbitrary changes as well. For example, our miniseries was set during the second season and as we all know, Dr. Pulaski was there, not Dr. Crusher. Therefore, I rolled all the dates back to the first season. Trust me, it makes more sense.
The timeline was printed in the following issues:
- TNG #1: "Return to Raimon" (October 1989)
- TNG Annual #1: "The Gift" (1990)
- The Modala Imperative #4: "Game, Set and Match!" (October 1991)
- TNG #37: "Consorting with the Devil" (September 1992)
- TNG #69: "Dreams Die" (March 1995)
