D. Okuda was an Earth Starfleet flight software specialist during the contruction of Enterprise. Okuda may have been an ancestor of Denise Okuda (of the 24th century), Denise Okuda (of the 23rd Century), or Dr. Michael Okuda. Okuda may have been a relative of M. Okuda, who also served in Earth Starfleet. (Enterprise dedication plaques)
