The Crown Victoria was an American automobile built on Earth by the Ford Motor Company, and was used in the early 21st century as a Terran police interceptor.
In 2004, Ford Crown Victoria police interceptors operated by the Detroit Police Department were present on a street in Detroit, Michigan, when Captain Jonathan Archer and T'Pol traveled back in time from 2153. (ENT: "Carpenter Street")
Two different models of the Crown Victoria appeared in the episode. The first was the older "Aero" model, produced from 1992-1997, and the second was its successor, produced since 1998.
