Ensign Craig
Ensign Craig was a Human Starfleet officer assigned to the USS Sutherland in the 2360s.
In 2368, he was the flight controller when the ship participated in building a tachyon detection grid to stop the Romulans from interfering in the Klingon Civil War. (TNG: "Redemption II")
Ensign Craig was played by actor Clifton Jones who received no screen credit for this part.
Regarding the direction in which Hobson refers to Keith it might be possible that his first name is Keith.
