Corvan II was the inhabited second planet in the Corvan system. Rainforests on the planet were home to the Corvan gilvo, which were threatened due to industrial pollutants. (TNG: "New Ground")
According to the Star Trek: Star Charts, on the chart "United Federation of Planets I", Corvan II was listed as a member planet of the Federation in 2378.
