Corinth IV was the inhabited fourth planet of the Corinth system.
In 2266, Space Commander José Dominguez was commanding a Federation starship base on Corinth IV. He sent a message to James Kirk, captain of the USS Enterprise, reminding Kirk that he was in possession of supplies which he "urgently needed." Kirk sent a message back informing Dominguez that the prime Mexican red chili peppers, which he had hand-picked, would be arriving in a matter of days. (TOS: "The Man Trap")
