Enterprise shuttle 12 was a shuttle assigned to the USS Enterprise in 2269.
That year, Harcourt Fenton Mudd stole the shuttle with Nurse Christine Chapel as a hostage to an unnamed planet where he plan to ditch her and get as far as possible from the Enterprise. Unfortunately for him and for the shuttle, a native rock creature crushed the vehicle with its foot. (TAS: "Mudd's Passion")
