Lieutenant Cleary was an engineering technician aboard the USS Enterprise serving under Captain Decker and Commander Scott during the ship's refit. Cleary later served under Captain Kirk as he commanded the Enterprise to intercept the V'Ger probe in 2273. (Star Trek: The Motion Picture)
Cleary was played by actor Michael Rougas.
