Cindy L. Howe is an actress who played a female Ocampa in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Cold Fire". She received no credit for her appearance and was identified by the name tag of her costume which was sold off on It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1]

This is her only known on-screen appearance. Howe has also worked as location manager for the film Kindergarten Cop (1990).
