Christopher Hinz (born 10 March 1951; age 73) is an author and comic book writer.
Best known for his novels in the "Paratwa Trilogy", he published his first novel in 1987. He recently completed a new novel titled Spartan X, to be published late 2012.
He wrote a series for DC Comics titled Gemini Blood in 1996-97 with the art by Tommy Lee Edwards and colors by Melissa Edwards. He also wrote a ten-issue sequence of the Marvel Comics series Blade that comprised its second volume.
His only Star Trek contribution is the story "The Legacy of Elenor Dain" in WildStorm's Star Trek: Special, where he reunited with both Edwards.
