Christopher Halsted is an actor who appeared in two episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. He filmed his scenes for "Cost of Living" on Wednesday 12 February 1992 and Thursday 13 February 1992 on Paramount Stage 16. He also provided voices for the computer game Star Trek: Voyager - Elite Force.
