Chris Wynne is the actor who played Dr. Moninger in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "Regeneration".

He appeared in the film Back to the Future Part III (along with Christopher Lloyd, and Mike Watson) in a dual role as one of Buford Tannen's gang in 1885 and as one of Needles' gang in the "present" 1985.

He appeared as a doctor in the pilot episode of ER along with Christine Harnos, Scott Jaeck, Julianna McCarthy, Michael Cavanaugh, Liz Vassey, Thomas Dekker, Shelly Desai, and Miguel Ferrer.
