The Chokuzan starship was a ship belonging to the Chokuzans.

In 2377, Q used a Chokuzan starship as a ruse to test the values of his son, Q Junior. Junior encountered the starship after escaping USS Voyager aboard the Delta Flyer II. When Junior refused to give into the Chokuzan's demands for surrender, they attacked the Flyer and injured Junior's friend, Icheb.

In exchange for information to help Icheb, Junior, along with Captain Janeway returned to the Chokuzan starship, so that he could surrender himself to the occupants of the starship, after which it was revealed to have been created by Q. (VOY: "Q2")
