Chirurgeon (pronounced: ky-RUR-jun) is an Andorian language equivalent for the word for "surgeon".
Ghee P'Trell was a prominent chirurgeon on Andoria. (DS9: "Prophet Motive")
An Andorian word remarkably similar to the same term in English, which comes from the Greek phrase meaning "works with the hands". The modern word "surgeon" is a derivative.
