A chicken sandwich is a sandwich made using chicken meat.

Captain James T. Kirk once ordered a chicken sandwich and coffee from a food synthesizer. Kirk was quite dismayed, however, when he found that tribbles had infested the system. (TOS: "The Trouble with Tribbles"; DS9: "Trials and Tribble-ations")
Chicken sandwiches were also mentioned, as an example of typical Human food, in the Pocket TNG novel Survivors.
