Cherries jubilee were an Earth dessert made out of ice cream and heated cherries in brandy, which was set aflame before serving to caramelize it.

Vic Fontaine planned to serve this to Odo and Kira Nerys on their first date in the holosuite in 2374. (DS9: "His Way")
