Template:Realworld Cherie Baker is an art director and production designer who was alongside Donald B. Woodruff responsible for Star Trek Nemesis. Among her duties was the creation of the USS Enterprise-E sets on Paramount Stage 15 and 17. [1]

Baker previously worked as art director on the television drama When He's Not a Stranger (1989), the short film World Song (1992), and the romantic comedy The Lovemaster (1997). Other projects she worked in the art department for include the drama Heart of Dixie (1989, starring Virginia Madsen), the comedy California Casanova (1991), and Volker Schlöndorff's drama Homo Faber (1991).

Baker was the production designer for the television movie Ring of the Musketeers (1992, written and directed by John Paragon and with John Rhys-Davies, Corbin Bernsen, and Patricia Tallman), the television series Arli$$ (1996-1998), M.Y.O.B. (2000), and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2000), the comedy Meet Market (2008), on which she also served as associate producer, and the video games Wing Commander III: Heart of the Tiger (1994), Wing Commander IV: The Price of Freedom (1995), Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars (2007), and Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 (2008).

In addition, Baker worked as set decorator for the television movies Everybody's Baby: The Rescue of Jessica McClure (1989), Child of Darkness, Child of Light (1991), and Caught in the Act (1993).

In 2001 she received an Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Art Direction for a Single Camera Series for the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation episode Friends and Lovers and shared this with set decorator Brenda Meyers-Ballard.
