Checkers is a two-player strategy board game from Earth. The game is played with twelve, usually round, pieces per player, placed on a checker board. The object of the game is for each player to move their pieces diagonally across the board by jumping, or capturing, the opponent's pieces. The first person to capture all of the opponent's pieces wins.
