Chase J. Penny is the actor who played the role of the Cabana Boy in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Inside Man".

Penny also appeared in television series and films such as Six Feet Under (2002, with Wilda Taylor, Amy Wieczorek, Ed O'Ross, and Joel Brooks), Gilmore Girls (2000&2003, with David Huddleston), The Hot Chick (2002, with Mark Chadwick and Darlene Williams), and The Comebacks (2007, with Andy Dick, Mark Chadwick, and stunt coordinated by Allan Graf).

He worked as stuntman in the films Planet of the Apes (2001, with Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, Erick Avari, David Warner, Kevin Grevioux, and fellow stunt performers Ransom Gates, Darlene Williams, and Eileen Weisinger), Cursed (2005, with Derek Mears, Michelle Krusiec, and fellow stunt performers Anita Hart, Joni Avery, and Brian Avery] and Aeon Flux (2005).

Chase has been engaged to Sommer Wright since 2003.
