Charles "Chase" S. Kim is an actor who played the MACO R. Azar in the Star Trek: Enterprise episodes "Stratagem" and "The Forgotten". He received no credit for his appearances and was identified by the name tag of his costume which was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay and also worn by background actors Jorge Benevides and Jack Nolan and stunt actor Shawn Crowder. Kim was born in Los Angeles, California and grew up all over the world. He graduated in 1997 from the University of San Diego and has started his acting career with small roles and stage plays. He studied cold reading and on-camera acting under Doug Warhit.

Kim has appeared in television shows such as The West Wing (2003, with Benjamin Brown and Ron Canada), Commander in Chief (2005, with Jasmine Anthony, Samantha Eggar, David Gautreaux, and Matthew Kaminsky), Gilmore Girls (2006), Fastlane, The O.C. (2006, with Melinda Clarke, Michael Nouri, and Autumn Reeser), and Desperate Housewives (2006, with Teri Hatcher and Brenda Strong).

He has also performed in films such as The Last Samurai (2003), Gamers (2006, with Scott Rinker), The Suicide (2006), Them (2007), and Redefining Normal.
