Charlie Quizzlink was a 24th century Starfleet officer serving under Captain Kathryn Janeway aboard the USS Voyager. In 2371, Quizzlink was among the crew stranded in the Delta Quadrant, when Voyager was forcefully brought there by the Caretaker.
