Charlie Brill (born 13 January 1938; age 86) is an American actor who played Arne Darvin in the Star Trek: The Original Series second season episode "The Trouble with Tribbles" and the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine fifth season episode "Trials and Tribble-ations". He filmed his scenes for the former on Thursday 24 August 1967 and Friday 25 August 1967 at Desilu Stage 10.

Before "Trials and Tribble-ations" was written, when discussing with Ronald D. Moore and René Echevarria how they could do a Tribbles episode while in a pizza restaurant, Ira Steven Behr noted that of all the actors in the original show, they would probably only be able to get Brill. He then happened to look to his left, only to then notice that the actor himself was at the counter with his wife. An interview with Charlie Brill is featured on the DS9 Season 5 DVD. Brill is perhaps best known for playing Harry Lipschitz in Silk Stalkings.

Brill married Mitzi McCall in 1960; she used to team up with him on comedy routines. The pair performed one such routine on the February 9, 1964 episode of The Ed Sullivan Show, which also featured Frank Gorshin and Georgia Brown – and, in their first live appearance in the US, The Beatles. Brill and McCall were also rotating guest panelists on "The Gong Show." They have one child, a daughter named Jennifer.

Brill also guest starred in Broken Arrow (with Michael Ansara), Man with a Camera, My Mother the Car, CHiPs, Wonder Woman (with Marc Lawrence), The Incredible Hulk (with Leslie Ackerman), Hill Street Blues (with Marc Alaimo), Ellen and Sliders (the creation of Tracy Tormé and starring Jerry O'Connell).
