Charles Parks is the actor that portrayed the Bajoran Eblan in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "The Collaborator".

Charles began his Hollywood career in the late 1970s as a parking attendant in the made-for-TV movie Night Terror. Since then, he has appeared in a number of television series in guest-starring roles, and has also appeared in small roles in some movies along the way.
