Charles M. Graffeo (born 15 December 1939; age 74) was the set decorator for Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan.

The first film Graffeo worked on as set decorator was 1979's California Dreaming, which starred Seymour Cassel and Dennis Christopher. Graffeo also appeared in the movie as a bartender.

Graffeo subsequently decorated the sets for Cheech & Chong's Nice Dreams (1981, with cinematography by Charles Correll), Pandemonium (1982, featuring David L. Lander), and Cannoball Run II (1984, co-written and directed by Hal Needham and featuring Ricardo Montalban). He was also set decorator on Joel Schumacher's popular 1985 coming-of-age film, St. Elmo's Fire.

For television, Graffeo has worked on such movies as With This Ring (1978, featuring Mary Crosby, Jon Lormer and John Wheeler), Alcatraz: The Whole Shocking Story (1980, featuring Ronny Cox, Louis Giambalvo, Ed Lauter, and Richard Lynch), Missing Pieces (1983, featuring Leslie Ackerman, Kurtwood Smith and Kenneth Tigar and cinematography by Charles Correll), and Balloon Farm (1993, featuring Ken Jenkins, Neal McDonough and Richard Riehle). His work can also be seen in the 1986 mini-series If Tomorrow Comes (starring Barry Jenner and Richard Kiley) such television shows as MacGyver, Matlock and Diagnosis Murder.

More recently, Graffeo was the set decorator on the hit 1999 romantic comedy film 10 Things I Hate About You, executive produced by Jeffrey Chernov and featuring Gabrielle Union. The following year, he worked on the dramatic film A Time for Dancing, starring Anton Yelchin.
