Charles Darwin Cooper (born 11 August 1926; age 86) is the actor who portrayed the Klingon General Korrd in Star Trek V: The Final Frontier. He also portrayed the Klingon Chancellor K'mpec in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episodes "Sins of the Father" and "Reunion".

Born in San Francisco, California, USA, Cooper made his first acting experiences at the age of fifteen in a San Francisco stage production of "Hamlet".
