Esoqq

Esoqq, a male Chalnoth.

The Chalnoth were a warlike species native to the planet Chalna. The Chalnoth do not believe in government, and so their society exists in a state of total anarchy, where only the strong survive.

Some members of their society have the ability to go without food for 3-4 days but no more. (TNG: "Allegiance")

The fact that the Federation had made contact with the Chalnoth and Esoqq's knowledge of Mizarians both seem to imply that the Chalnoth are a warp capable species.
The DS9 novel "Warpath" features a Chalnoth called Grauq.
