Ch'Targh was a Klingon bridge officer on the IKS Rotarran under General Martok.

He took an interest in Alexander Rozhenko in 2374, after the young Klingon joined the Rotarran's crew, feeling that Alexander's combat training was lacking. Ch'Targh baited Alexander mercilessly, resulting in a fight in the mess hall that was broken up by First Officer Worf.

Ch'Targh later joined Alexander in emergency repairs during a battle with the Jem'Hadar, and in this battle he, along with the rest of the Rotarran crew, came to respect Alexander. (DS9: "Sons and Daughters")
