Officer Ch'Rega was a female Klingon warrior in the 24th century who served on a battle cruiser under Kohlar during their crew's quest to find the kuvah'magh (or savior) of the Klingon race.

She and the other Klingons were transported onto USS Voyager when their ship developed "engine problems." While on board, she at first wished to mate with Harry Kim when he pulled her back during a fight with another Klingon, but later became sexually aroused by Neelix when he seemed to dominate Kim. They had a torrid affair, much to the frustration of Tuvok, who was sharing quarters with Neelix at the time. She and the other Klingons settled on a new planet soon after. (VOY: "Prophecy")

Ch'Rega was played by Peggy Jo Jacobs.

Her name was spelled "Ch'Regha" in the Star Trek Customizable Card Game.
