Andrew Probert's concept art for a Ceteacean Ops.

The term "Ceteacean Ops" was only heard in the "background chatter" during the episode. The existence of a comparable facility was canonized in the episode "The Perfect Mate", but it was not mentioned by name in that episode. To date, the facility has never been shown on screen.
Andrew Probert produced at least one sketch for the facility at the time of Star Trek: The Next Generation, displayed here. His involvement with Star Trek Online may mean that the Ceteacean Ops will finally be shown, and indeed conceptual artwork at Mr Probert's website seem to suggest so.
