The cerebrospinal nerve cell is a neuron in the Human body, located between the brain and the spinal cord.

In 2371, Doctor Julian Bashir found damage to Chief Miles O'Brien's cerebrospinal nerve cell, which he determined was caused by the Chief's periodical "timeshifting" into the future, itself a result of earlier radiation poisoning and the close proximity to a Romulan ship's quantum singularity core.
