Caryl Codon-Tharp is a hair stylist who worked on episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and Star Trek: Voyager. She also worked as assistant hair stylist on the 1996 video game Star Trek: Klingon.

Her work on Star Trek earned her three Emmy Award nominations in the category Outstanding Individual Achievement in Hairstyling for a Series for the following episodes:

In 1995 she won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Individual Achievement in Hairstyling for a Series for her work on the Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman episode "A Washington Affair" which she shared with fellow Trek hair stylists Laura Connolly, Virginia Grobeson, and Deborah Holmes Dobson.

Working in the movie industry from the early 1970s on, Codon-Tharp's credits as hair stylist include the television thriller Pray for the Wildcats (1974, with William Shatner), the sport comedy The Bad News Bears (1976), the television series Charles in Charge (1984-1985) and Evening Shade (1990), the fantasy adventure Hook (1991, with fellow hair stylists Norma Lee, Gus Le Pre, Kim Santantonio, and Francine Shermaine), and the television movie The Rockford Files: A Blessing in Disguise (1995).
