Carmen Emeterio is an actress who appeared as a Romulan civilian in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fifth season episodes "Unification I" and "Unification II" in 1991. She received no credit for her appearances and was identified by the call sheets of these episodes.

In 1997 she was featured as a Restaurant patron in the drama Glam, with Caroline Lagerfelt, Robert DoQui, and Talon Tears.
