Cardassian Militia 41 was a Cardassian military unit in the 2360s.

Gul Dolak was a part of this unit. This unit maintained at least two top of the line Galor-class, type three warships that monitored the Cardassian border near the Valo system in 2368. (TNG: "Ensign Ro")

Gul Dolak's statement that he represented the Cardassian Militia 41 (distinctly pronounced as four-one) may indicate that he was with the Fourth Order, First Battalion.
