The Camor system was a planetary system. A planet in this system, Camor V, was the homeworld of the Camorites. (TNG: "Bloodlines")
According to the Star Trek: Star Charts, on page 47, the Camor system was located on a boundary line, the closest to Federation space, of the Demilitarized Zone, and this system was located in the Alpha Quadrant. The primary was a F-type star.
