Calla was a female Vissian.

She was married to a Vissian engineer, and they were planning on having a baby. Calla was part of the members of a delegation of Vissians that visited the Enterprise during a cultural exchange. Calla and her husband were accompanied by a Cogenitor, a third person needed by the Vissians for breeding. Calla became extremely angry when the Cogenitor, influenced by Trip Tucker, refused to return to their ship and sought asylum on the Enterprise. The Cogenitor was returned, but committed suicide, postponing Calla's hope of having a baby. (ENT: "Cogenitor")
