Calla was a female Vissian who lived during the 22nd century.

She was married to a Vissian engineer, and they were planning on having a baby. Calla was part of the members of a delegation of Vissians that visited the Enterprise NX-01 during a cultural exchange in 2153. Calla and her husband were accompanied by a Cogenitor, a third person needed by the Vissians for breeding. Calla became extremely angry when the Cogenitor, influenced by Trip Tucker, refused to return to their ship and sought asylum on the Enterprise.
