Cafe Rio was a cafe located in Florida on Earth, less then a kilometer from Trip Tucker's childhood home.

In the 2153 Xindi attack the destructive ray passed within meters of the cafe, obliterating buildings on the other side of the street, and a cinema just two buildings away, but the cafe itself seemed to have suffered minemal damage. (ENT: "The Expanse")
