Released in June of 2007, In A Mirror, Darkly, an expansion of the Star Trek Customizable Card Game, re-visits the mirror universe. In following with the "mirror" nature of this expansion, several cards were named after previous expansions. With goatees and scars and what looks like good people doing bad things, everything looks different when you look into a dark mirror.

  • Alien Conspiracy
    • Game Play: The player chooses three personnel. The player's opponent chooses one of those personnel to be stopped. This card is First Edition compatible. Card number 13C2.

    • Game Play: Unless the player has a personnel with Integrity greater that six, a second personnel with Cunning greater than six and a third personnel with Strength greater than six, all of their personnel are stopped. Card number 13R4.

  • Crew Advancement
    • Game Play: The player's opponent places the top two cards of his or her dilemma pile face up beneath this mission. They then name an attribute (Integrity, Cunning, or Strength). The player's personnel with the highest named attribute is stopped. This card is First Edition compatible. Card number 13C5.

  • Dangerous Missions
    • Game Play: This card is placed on the mission. Each personnel who has a cost of two or less cannot use his or her skills while facing dilemmas. At the end of this turn, this dilemma is overcome. Card number 13U6.

  • Interphasic Effects
    • Game Play: The player's opponent places the top card of his or her dilemma pile face up beneath this mission. Unless the player has an Alternate Universe resident personnel, they randomly select a personnel to be killed and their opponent may choose to discard an event. Card number 13C11.

  • Key to the Alpha Quadrant
    • Game Play: Unless the player has personnel with the skills of Astrometrics, Diplomacy, and Officer or Leadership, Security, and Treachery, the player randomly selects a personnel to be stopped, and if the opponent to the left of the player commands Mouth of the Wormhole, he or she scores five points.   • New Advancements
    • Game Play: Unless the player has personnel with the skills of Diplomacy, Leadership, and Navigation or a ship at a completed space mission, the player randomly selects a personnel to be stopped, and if the opponent to the left of the player commands Earth, he or she may search their draw deck for two Starfleet affiliation cards.   • Paradan Replicant
    • Game Play: The player randomly selects a personnel to be stopped. If that personnel is not unique, the player removes all copies of that personnel in hand from the game, searches their draw deck for any additional copies of that personnel, removes them from the game, and shuffles their draw deck.     • Game Play: This dilemma is placed on the mission. The player randomly selects a personnel to be removed from the game. They cannot play any cards that have the same title as that personnel (i.e. same name). When the player completes the mission, they put the removed personnel in his or her owner's hand and this dilemma is overcome. This card is First Edition compatible. Card number 13R15.
