CAPCOM was a division or department in Earth Starfleet Command in the 22nd century. It was located at the Fleet Operations Center on Earth.
Members of the division included F. Brookshire, K. Clark, L. Connolly, R. Cooper, A. Kobayashi, R. Nomura, T. Palazzo, D. Pondella, R. Simonson, and J. Thomas. (ENT: "Demons" set artwork)
The branch was seen on directory listings seen on the set of "Demons".
CAPCOM, like many of the other divisions and departments is a reference to NASA and ISS terminology, in this case, the "Capsule Communicator". It also happens to be the name of a Japanese game company.
