She also served as visual effects editor on such films as Scrooged (1988, starring John Glover, Michael J. Pollard, and Alfre Woodard), Fat Man and Little Boy (1989, starring Dwight Schultz and Ed Lauter), and Total Recall (1990, starring Ronny Cox, Roy Brocksmith, Robert Costanzo, Marc Alaimo, Frank Kopyc, and the voice of Robert Picardo), and as visual effects producer for Batman Forever (1995, with Rene Auberjonois, George D. Wallace, and Ed Begley, Jr.), Titanic (1997, with David Warner and Michael Ensign), Deep Impact (1998, with James Cromwell, Gary Werntz, Denise Crosby, Concetta Tomei, and Kurtwood Smith), and, most notably, 2002's Spider-Man (starring Kirsten Dunst).

Davis died of breast cancer in 2005. Star Trek Nemesis was the last film she worked on.
