Ensign Burrows was a Starfleet officer serving aboard the Enterprise NX-01 in 2154.

In that year, Burrows was killed by a spatial distortion, the manifestation of Quinn Erickson's transporter signal, while working with Lieutenant Reed in the armory. Contact with the distortion caused Burrows to suffer a massive cellular disruption, resulting in his death. (ENT: "Daedalus")

Burrows was played by actor Noel Manzano.
Burrows, along with Masaro and Charles Tucker III, was one of only three known Enterprise fatalities that did not occur during the Xindi incident.
