Broken Bow was a small town in the state of Oklahoma on Earth.

In 2151, Klaang, a Klingon courier, crash-landed in Broken Bow on the land of a farmer named Moore while attempting to evade two Suliban soldiers. After killing the two Suliban, Klaang was shot with a plasma rifle by Moore, sustaining serious injuries, and was subsequently transported to Starfleet Medical in San Francisco. This incident set off a chain of events leading to the premature launch of the Enterprise NX-01 and the beginning of its historic mission of exploration. (ENT: "Broken Bow")
