Brian Donofrio (also known as Brian D'Onofrio) is an actor who was one of the regular background performers during the first seasons of Star Trek: Voyager. He portrayed a Starfleet officer and at least a Vidiian in one episode. As a background performer, Donofrio received no credit for his appearances.

In 1999, Donofrio worked as production accountant on the comedy Freak Talks About Sex, which features Star Trek: Deep Space Nine background actress Delilah Stombs.
