Brentalia was a planet in or near Federation space.

The planet was designated as a "protected" planet where endangered lifeforms from different worlds could be brought so their numbers could increase again and later be reestablished on their homeworlds. In 2368, two of the remaining fourteen Corvan gilvos were transported from Corvan II to Brentalia by the USS Enterprise-D. (TNG: "New Ground")

Alexander Rozhenko and Worf visited a zoo on the planet some time that year and saw a Kryonian tiger. (TNG: "Imaginary Friend")
