Brenda Bakke (born 15 May 1963; age 48) is an actress from Klamath Falls, Oregon, who played the role of Rivan in the Star Trek: The Next Generation first season episode "Justice". She also appeared in stock footage used in the second season episode "Shades of Gray".

In 1993, she appeared in the film Hot Shots! Part Deux with Ben Lemon, Mitchell Ryan and Miguel Ferrer. She also starred in the film L.A. Confidential in 1997 with James Cromwell, Steve Rankin, Matt McCoy, Symba Smith, Bob Clendenin, John Mahon and Colin Mitchell as well as stuntmen Steven Lambert, Jim Metzler, Don Pulford and Allan Graf.
