A plate of bregit lung

Bregit lung was a Klingon food often prepared on Klingon warships.

Commander William T. Riker said he enjoyed bregit lung when it was served aboard the IKS Pagh. (TNG: "A Matter Of Honor")

Alexander Rozhenko ordered a bowl of bregit lung from the replicator in the mess hall on board the IKS Rotarran in 2374. (DS9: "Sons and Daughters")

The onscreen props used to display bregit lung were made from tripe. (Star Trek Cookbook)
According to The Klingon Dictionary, the name of this dish is a literal translation with "tagh" meaning "lung". The game Star Trek: Klingon stated the dish could be made from the breathing apparatus of any number of animals.
