A female scientist

This scientist was stationed on the Bre'el IV science station and was an assistant to Doctor Garin in 2366.

When the USS Enterprise-D arrived to assist the planet in restoring the orbit of its moon, which was about to collide with the planet, the scientist informed Captain Jean-Luc Picard that their efforts to restore the moon had failed and that a collision would cause earthquakes and tsunamis. She, along with Garin, worked closely with Geordi La Forge in trying to solve the problem. (TNG: "Deja Q")

The scientist was played by actress Betty Muramoto.
Her costume was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1]
