Branscombe Leo Charles Richmond (born 8 August 1955; age 68) is a Native American character actor and stunt performer who has starred both in movies and on television. He played a Klingon gunner on the HMS Bounty in Star Trek III: The Search for Spock.

Richmond was born in Los Angeles, California, as the son of stuntman and actor Leo C. Richmond. He is best known for his recurring role on the 1980s hit TV series Magnum, P.I. as Moki. His big role was in the 1990s syndicated TV series Renegade as Bobby Sixkiller. He also guest-starred as a member of a large, jovial Inuit family on the episode "Danny Got His Gun" of Night Court, with John Larroquette.

Branscombe has starred in many movies such as Action Jackson (1988, with Roger Aaron Brown, Nicholas Worth, Bob Minor, and Glenn R.
